Hi Everyone! I hope all of y’alls Thursday was fabulous! Mine was extremely uneventful, but unfortunately every plan I made today to get in a workout continued to fall through!
No, seriously. I had plans to go cycling with a girlfriend, but we decided we weren’t up for making the thirty minute drive to the studio. So, we signed up for a Core Strengthening Class at our local gym and there was a last minute phone emergency that turned into being on the phone with Verizon for two hours. So, I guess I will make Thursday my rest day for the week.
Those all sound like really bad excuses now that I am typing them out. However, I did do really well with what I ate today!
– Naked Juice (Wow, shocker)— Strawberry Banana. I’ve been drinking one of these every morning for the past week. What can I say? I’m obsessed.
– Panera Bread Pick 2— Half of a Caesar Salad and half of a Frontega Chicken Panini with an apple as a side. Not getting a baguette was seriously a struggle for me, because I really almost only love Panera strictly for the bread, but I stayed strong and made a healthier decision!
– Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, a serving of Swiss Mix, and a Yoplait Yogurt. This is definitely my “college” meal of the day. We still have no food in the house and I have good excuse for that too!
My housemates and I always go late night grocery shopping together, all three of us. So, when they couldn’t make it today, I obviously couldn’t go alone! I will definitely have to make that trip tomorrow though, with or without them, because I drunk the very last of our coffee this morning. I have no idea how I will be able to attack the morning tomorrow without it.
Lastly, here’s a little motivation for your late Thursday night or early Friday morning! Night!
